Test Kitchen


Sit back, relax, and let our chefs surprise you.  The concept behind Test Kitchen dining is to experiment with new recipes to see what may come onto the menu.  It is an opportunity for the chefs to indulge in playful creativity and you can participate!

We gather on Tuesday mornings to share ideas and craft a menu composed of three courses dictated by seasonality and locally available produce.   The menu consists of three shared starters, a shared main and a plated dessert for $55pp.  There is limited ability to accomodate dietary requirements due to the nature of the menu.  Bookings are essential.

Please note: a 15% surcharge on public holidays applies
